Starting from the top, the Slimpack1964 Boots feature 7″ tall waterproof textile uppers with a seam-sealed construction that ensures water doesn’t intrude through the seams (typically weak points on lesser boots). The footbeds are super-soft molded EVA with arch supports and microfleece topcovers so a full day on your feet won’t feel like it. Utilizing a canvas liner also gives these boots an air of breathability that you don’t get with ordinary rubber rainboots. Underneath is an insulated, waterproof, vulcanized rubber shell with a herringbone outsole that adds grip on surfaces that slip.
